During my stay in the Cove Suite, I was incredibly frustrated with the shampoo situation. I can't believe I was monitored for shampoo use when I paid a premium for my stay. Additionally, there was an unpleasant smell in the room that took too long to address, even after reporting it. Overall, I expected much better from this place given the price.

What they got right and wrong

The hotel excels in service! The staff was incredibly welcoming and always went the extra mile for guests. Plus, the location is a dream, right near the beach and close to bustling eateries! !

Unfortunately, our room was quite cramped for 4 adults, making it tough to navigate. Also, our friends had to leave due to a closed pool and were offered no compensation.

Our stay at Ocean Treasure Beachside Suites was excellent! We stayed in the Pier Suite, which was spacious enough for our family of four, and we loved the clean and cozy atmosphere. The kids enjoyed the warm pool and beach toys that were available, making our beach days even more enjoyable. The staff was super friendly and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a fantastic vacation.

We stayed in the Cape Suite for 3 nights. The kitchenette was super handy, and the beds were comfy. Loved having beach chairs and umbrellas! The access to the warm pool was great too, and it was never crowded. The room was clean and cozy, just what we needed for a chill getaway.

The window remains locked, which is a letdown for anyone wanting to listen to the ocean waves at night. The location is decent, but navigating the broken sidewalk at night can be a bit tricky, leading to inconvenience when returning to the hotel.
